• Your full name, email address, and user ID (via Clerk)
• File metadata: name, size, type, upload timestamp
• Quota usage and billing-related data
• Basic analytics: page views and usage patterns

• To track your storage and request usage
• To process payments (via Stripe)
• To prevent abuse or unauthorized use
• To personalize communication, such as addressing you by name in emails or support messages

3. Data Storage

Your files are stored on Cloudflare R2, encrypted at rest using AES-256 and protected in transit via HTTPS. We do not access or inspect your content unless required:

• to investigate abuse
• or to comply with legal obligations

4. Third Parties

We use Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payments. These providers only receive the minimal data necessary, and are fully GDPR-compliant.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may impact functionality.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to certain types of processing

7. Data Retention

If you close your account or stop using the service, your data will be deleted:

• either upon request
• or automatically after a reasonable period of inactivity

8. Legal Basis & Data Processing Roles

Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, also acts as a sub-processor under the same framework and is bound by a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that includes the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) required under GDPR.

9. File Access & Confidentiality

Although your files are stored securely and are not publicly accessible, our infrastructure technically allows us to access them if necessary. However, we commit to not accessing or inspecting your files unless:

• You explicitly request support that requires access to a specific file
• We are required to do so by law, following a valid legal request

All access, if any, is strictly limited to authorized personnel, logged, and subject to confidentiality obligations.
